Shipping

We currently offer shipping within Singapore only. 

Local Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all local orders within Singapore.
  • Orders are sent out using J&T.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of order placement.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Estimated delivery within 3-4 business days.

Overseas Shipping:

For international orders, please contact us at aeirlab@ gmail.com for shipping options and rates.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your local order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website: https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel

If you experience any issues with your local delivery, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer service team at aeirlab@ gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics and beauty products. All sales are final.

Why No Returns/Exchanges on Cosmetics?

Cosmetics and beauty products are personal care items. For hygienic reasons and to protect the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have been shipped. This policy is standard practice within the cosmetics industry.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the items. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective product.
